Below are the prices for our group sailing December 16, 2012 on-board the Norwegian Star. All rooms are booked as “GUARANTEES” with the cruise line assigning room numbers shortly before departure. Prices and availability are subject to change until booked and full deposits have been paid for every passenger in the stateroom.

What’s Included?
All of the following will be included in the price paid to join our group:
- Cruise fare
- Government taxes & fees
- $50 per stateroom on-board credit
- Private on-board cocktail party
- Minimum $100 donation to The Wounded Warrior Project for every stateroom booked in the group space (you may request a receipt for tax purposes)
Additional expenses may include:
- Travel Insurance
- Airfare to New Orleans airport
- Transfers between the airport to the hotel or cruise terminal
- Shore excursions
- Spa treatments
- Gratuities on-board
- Onboard purchases (souvenirs, soda, alcohol, etc.)
Pricing
All rates are based on double occupancy and include the government taxes. If you need a quote for a single, triple or quad occupancy room or for a suite please email us (info@shipsntripstravel.com). Rates and availability are not guaranteed until bookings with full passenger names are secured with full deposit.
Interior staterooms (no window or balcony) guarantee, starting from $825 per person
Oceanview staterooms (unobstructed view, window or port hole) guarantee, starting from $865 per person
Balcony staterooms (with private balcony) guarantee, starting from $995 per person
Norwegian Cruise Line reserves the right to impose a fuel supplement, even after final payment.
Deposits, Payment Schedule, and Cancellation Penalties
Single, double, triple and quad occupancy rooms: $250 per person will be due within 7 calendar days of booking.
Final payment will be due on or before Friday, September 28, 2012. Missed final payments will result in cancellation of your booking and loss of your deposit at that time.
Cancellation requests must be received in writing (email, fax, or snail mail) no later than Friday, September 28, 2012 to ensure a refund of your cruise deposit.
After final payment the cancellation penalty schedule is as follows:
Starting October 1, 2012 - $250 per person penalty, plus travel insurance cost (if purchased), and a $50 per person group administration fee
30 t0 55 days before sailing - 50% of the cruise fare, plus travel insurance cost (if purchased), and $50 per person group administration fee
15 to 29 days before sailing - 75% of the cruise fare, plus travel insurance cost (if purchased), and $50 per person group administration fee
14 days or less – 100% of the cruise fare, plus travel insurance cost (if purchased), and $50 per person group administration fee
No shows - 100% of the cruise fare, plus travel insurance cost (if purchased), and $50 per person group administration fee
